Our tiffin service delivers fresh, homemade-style vegetarian meals to your doorstep. We provide balanced, nutritious meals that may include rice, tawa roti, vegetables, dal (protein), paneer, and more.
We primarily offer a wide variety of North Indian-style dishes, with occasional South Indian and Indo-Chinese options. We also provide No Onion/No Garlic meals upon prior request for a small additional charge. Please contact us at 530-360-2355 or 313-917-5779 for customization and details.
We currently deliver to Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, Sammamish, and Issaquah. We will soon expand to Newcastle, Renton, Kent, Covington, and Maple Valley (starting July 2026).
Yes. We charge only $1 flat-rate delivery. For individual homes, we deliver to your front door. For offices and apartment buildings, we deliver to the lobby, reception area, or mailroom as specified.
We deliver lunch Monday through Friday. There is currently no pickup option. Delivery windows are available in the app based on your location.

Yes. Extra tawa rotis are available for $1 each.
We use canola oil and vegetable oil, depending on the dish being prepared.

Our minimum order requirement is $16.00. Some delivery regions may require a higher minimum. Monthly subscription plans require a minimum of 20 meals.
Yes. You can request less spicy or extra spicy meals in the special instructions section. Our standard spice level is medium Indian spice, suitable for most customers.
You can schedule meals up to one month in advance.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If you are unavailable, your meal will be delivered to the location specified in your delivery instructions, such as your front door, lobby, reception desk, or mailroom. Please refrigerate the meal promptly after delivery.
You can manage your orders and subscriptions through the app. Changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations must be made before the applicable order cutoff time.
Orders for the serving day must be placed before 8 AM on the same day.
Yes. All meals offered by Shukrana Cuisine are 100% vegetarian.
Selected menu items may be vegan. Please review the menu description or contact us for details.
Our meals may contain dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, or other allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering.
Meals are freshly prepared and packed in sealed, food-grade containers to maintain freshness and quality.
Yes. If the meal is not consumed immediately after delivery, it should be refrigerated as soon as possible.
Our meals are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but can generally be refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Yes. You can add gate codes, apartment numbers, preferred drop-off locations, and other delivery notes during checkout.
Yes. We regularly deliver to offices and workplaces. Meals are delivered to the reception desk, lobby, or designated pickup area.
Yes. Our Couple’s Feast and Gravy Combo options are designed for families and larger groups.
Yes. We prepare our meals using fresh ingredients and cook in small batches to maintain quality and taste.
On the day of delivery, please look out for a text message from our delivery partner EOE LLC with an unknown number by 10:00am, requiring your permission to send you delivery notifications. We need you to reply to that message ‘YES’, so that you receive tracking details for all your future deliveries.
This is one-time enrollment for a single phone number.
If you are a new customer or you’re using a new phone number and you’ve not received this text by 10:30Am, please contact us. Once enrolled, you’ll receive the tracking link when driver is nearby to deliver your order. You’ll again receive a delivery notification once it’s completed. If you can’t find your order at your door or building lobby, you are advised to contact us as soon as possible via text mesaage and we will share the photo with you.
